Getting Around
By Bus
Bowland Transit Buses: Clitheroe – Slaidburn – Settle – Horton in Ribblesdale
The Bowland Transit provides a regular bus service between Clitheroe, Slaidburn, Settle and Horton in Ribblesdale, visiting places of interest and market towns throughout the beautiful countryside of the Forest of Bowland.
The low floor buses are easily accessible for wheelchair users, people with children in pushchairs, or with heavy shopping.
Service 10 links Clitheroe, Slaidburn and Settle, continuing as service 11 to Horton in Ribblesdale. Service 10A provides extra peak-time journeys between Clitheroe and Slaidburn.
Services 10 and 11 each run approximately every two hours on Mondays to Saturday daytimes.
